Refund Policy

SEODrafts is a B2B software service provided by Wotaso GmbH. Subscriptions renew for the billing period shown at checkout until canceled.

Cancellation

You can cancel the next renewal at any time through the customer portal or by emailing contact@wotaso.com. Access and paid usage capacity generally remain available until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Billing periods that have already started are generally not refunded pro rata. We will review full or partial refunds for duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, technical billing errors, or where a refund is required by law. Submit the request within 14 days of the affected payment and include the purchase email address and transaction details.

This policy does not limit mandatory statutory rights. The service is offered exclusively to entrepreneurs and business users; no statutory consumer withdrawal right is granted where it does not apply to the specific contract.

Processing Through Paddle

Paddle is the Merchant of Record for purchases completed through Paddle and provides invoices and payment receipts. After review by Wotaso, refunds may be processed through Paddle. Buyers may also use the support channel listed in their Paddle purchase confirmation.
